I was not invited to place a review but decided they deserve one anyway...5 star all round for ease of ordering my PIR outdoor lamp, an unbeatable price, an initial extra discount, reasonable postal charge, fast delivery and finally it looks and works great!

I cannot stress enough how fabulous my experience of value lights has been! From placing my order to the super fast delivery and help with an issue after. I will definitely be using again and recommending to anyone I know!

Ordered 5 lights now, great products and great service each time. Also we damaged one of the lights at Christmas but was able to order a new shade, delivered quickly.

I placed an order for a beautiful lamp last night (15/01/23) and it was delivered to me before lunchtime today! 16/01/23
The lamp arrived packaged well and was easy to assemble! It looks amazing and more expensive than it was!
I cannot get over the no fuss ordering and speedy delivery! Wonderful service.

Best customer service I have came across. Informed them of a faulty item and within a hour a new was being processed for delivery

Lights not received. Company uses Evri so clearly not concerned about whether customer receives goods paid for. Customer Services have ignored 2 emails. This is unacceptable. Will never buy anything from them again. Now chasing refund. But given lack of response will probably have to go trading standards route,

Absolutely thrilled with my George monkey white tablelamp. So well packaged and excellent price. Bought fancy globe which really enhances. Great company thoroughly recommend

I paid for 24 hour delivery but unfortunately it took 5 days for the lights to arrive. The reason I have given this company 5 stars is that they sorted my complaint and refunded my delivery cost within the day, no quibble whatsoever. I was also really pleased with the quality of the product and the price, apart from one faulty bulb. However this was again sorted really quickly and a replacement is on the way.

Wow amazing customer service from Siobhan , I ordered a lamp but it was broken emailed on a Sunday evening and had a replacement sent the following day no quibble all company’s should have a customer service like this would most definitely buy from you again !

I ordered a really nice table lamp. It was despatched quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the delivery company left it outside and it was no longer there when I arrived home. I contacted valuelighting about the problem and they sent a replacement, promptly. Very satisfied with them and the product. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Lee was so great and has the patience in assisting with our issues. I salute to this person as he really is caring towards our experience with the orders. Please give him a recognition for a job well done. He is very professional and responds accordingly.

Easy to buy and the aftercare is great. I was missing a part for my light fixture and the care I got to replace the missing part was brilliant. Could not ask for anymore, would highly recommend to use them. Many thanks.

I ordered a ceiling fan from this company a few days ago. When it arrived the light shade was broken.
I contacted customer services and 3 days later had a replacement.
If only every company was as quick and easy to talk to it would make buying on line more enjoyable. Excellent and will definitely be going back.
